Paul was born in Clifton, NJ to Heinrich and Evelyn Wiener . He resided in West Milford, NJ, before finally settling with his family in Ridgewood, NJ. After teaching Biology and Chemistry at Butler High School and Astronomy at Morris County Community College, Paul went on to get a Masters of Science degree at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He ultimately moved on to an accomplished career in the Medical Laser Technology Industry. Recently he passionately worked on funding for laser research to ultimately correct macular degeneration.
